Renato Marmolino made the move from Italy to the US in 1983. After learning to cook under the guidence of his mother and grandmother, Renato spent 6 years cooking in landmark restaurants in Chicago and New York. He then chose Spartanburg as his permanent home, where he has been cooking up Italian Speciaties for the last 20 years.
